Dear Community members,
Bangladesh Australia Association Canberra Inc. would like to inform all that
Annual Picnic is going to held on scheduled  Sunday ,1st November  2009 .
The venue is East Uriarra Nature reserve. The directions/map link is attached

Following is the highlights of the Picnic events:-
11:00 - 11:45  Arrival of the members and guests,
11:45 - 12:00  Children’s participation – “ Dress as you like “
12:00 - 12:45  Children fun activities – math run. etc
12:45 - 13:00  Prize distribution of Children’s events
13:00 - 14:00  Lunch (will be organized by BAAC Inc.)
14:00 - 15:00  Fun activities for Ladies and Gentlemen,
15:00 - 15:15  Prize distribution of Adult events
15:15 - 15:30 -Raffle draw, Raffle ticket is included with your fees, please
collect it from reception / ticket desk.
Important tips:
-Please get your sun-screen lotions,cap / hat
-Please note that children should be supervised by their parents at all time.
-Please bring folding chair and sitting matt if you can.
-please bring any other things are convenience for you.
-Please remember that Picnic fee is $ 10 for individual and $ 20 for the family.
There will be scope for the participants to pay their picnic fees and renew
their annual membership at the Venue should any one wishes.
A significant participation is expected so please make sure you RSVP for
catering purpose.( by 29th October,Thursday )
The event will be an wonderful oppurtunity to catch up with the greater
community residing in Canberra.
